Secured and Structured Financing
Our NK Financing team led the search for, and structuring of, a financing solution combining senior and junior debt. The deal was successfully closed with our banking partners:

- Crédit Mutuel Méditerranée (Julien Parage & Stéphane Uzzo)
- Bpifrance (Michel Tringali, Thomas Sergent, Nathalie Guilbeau & Laurent Alameda)
We also secured quasi-equity support through the family investment company EODEN (David Dellery).
A custom “bridge” private debt solution was structured and distributed within just two months by NK Team (Julien Moenne-loccoz), ensuring the project’s progress while waiting for the main funds to be released.

Our NK Wealth Family Solutions team assisted the owning family with estate planning and asset transfer, securing the hotel’s long-term future under optimal legal and tax frameworks.
