Norman K. London strengthens leadership team with three senior appointments
Norman K., the international, cross-border wealth manager, continues to grow its London business with the appointment of three senior leaders across its credit, wealth management and corporate advisory functions. Nicolas Salnikoff has been appointed Managing Director of the London office, Jeremy Harding as Head of Wealth Management and Henry Idun as Head of Credit & Real Estate
Capital.
Nicolas Salnikoff has been appointed Managing Director of Norman K. London. Nicolas joined the firm in 2022 to build the Corporate Advisory team, responsible for delivering corporate finance solutions, as well as early and late-stage private market investment opportunities.
In his role as Head of Corporate Advisory he has played a key role in developing Norman K.’s UK presence, strengthening institutional relationships with funds, companies and business partners. Nicolas is also a member of the Norman K. Group’s Executive Committee. Nicolas will oversee the development and the integration of the London office as part of Norman K.’s global coverage and expansion strategy.
Jeremy Harding has been appointed Head of Wealth Management for the London office. Jeremy joined Norman K. in March 2024 as a Wealth Manager, specialising in the Middle East market, bringing over 12 years’ experience in private banking at Coutts and Barclays Private Bank.
Following continued growth within the London office, Jeremy will now lead the wealth management proposition, overseeing the existing team and driving further expansion of both the team and client offering. Jeremy’s experience and deep understanding of the UK and international Wealth Management industry puts him in a strong position to lead this function, while he will continue to manage his existing client relationships alongside his new leadership responsibilities.
Henry Idun has been appointed Head of Credit & Real Estate Capital for the UK. Henry joined Norman K. in April 2023 as a Wealth Manager, having spent almost 13 years at Coutts advising high net-worth families within the UK market.
With a strong background in UK real estate and credit, Henry will lead the expansion of the firm’s London debt advisory business, focusing on supporting client families with their liquidity needs while growing its institutional, banking and alternative lending partner network across multiple asset classes. In addition, he will lead on sourcing and underwriting UK real estate investment opportunities, further strengthening Norman K.’s capabilities within alternative investments and enhancing the quality of opportunities available to clients.
