Londres n\u2019est donc pas seulement une ville o\u00f9 le patrimoine est d\u00e9tenu : c\u2019est aussi un lieu o\u00f9 il est activement g\u00e9r\u00e9, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 et investi. Cet aspect est d\u2019autant plus important que nous entrons dans un monde o\u00f9 l\u2019intelligence artificielle joue un r\u00f4le croissant dans de nombreux secteurs. On me dit \u00e9galement que la ville dispose d\u2019une offre plut\u00f4t impressionnante en mati\u00e8re de boutiques de cr\u00e9ateurs !<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Bien s\u00fbr, Londres doit aussi relever certains d\u00e9fis si elle souhaite s\u2019imposer comme le centre incontest\u00e9 de la richesse mondiale \u2014 la m\u00e9t\u00e9o et la fiscalit\u00e9 \u00e9tant probablement les premiers qui viennent \u00e0 l\u2019esprit. Les r\u00e9centes \u00e9volutions fiscales au Royaume-Uni ont conduit certaines personnes et entreprises \u00e0 reconsid\u00e9rer leur pr\u00e9sence dans le pays et, dans certains cas, \u00e0 se relocaliser.
